Crackers in Bed? Remedies for Morning Sickness

Morning sickness is a common complaint in the first trimester of pregnancy and can sometimes meander into the second trimester. Here are some tricks you can try to alleviate your nausea:
1. Stabilize your blood sugar levels- eat regular protein, carbohydrate balanced meals and snacks throughout the day
2. Get some fresh air- go for a walk to help balance chemical hormonal changes that can cause nausea
3. Rise slowly in the morning- consider snacking on unsalted whole grain crackers before getting out of bed and avoid sudden movements
