1. Stabilize your blood sugar levels- eat regular protein, carbohydrate balanced meals and snacks throughout the day
2. Get some fresh air- go for a walk to help balance chemical hormonal changes that can cause nausea
3. Rise slowly in the morning- consider snacking on unsalted whole grain crackers before getting out of bed and avoid sudden movements
4. Be sure to get adequate B6 in your diet- take quality supplements and eat foods like avocados, brown rice, cabbage and free range eggs to help mitigate morning-sickness
